Polluted is an experimental video which blatantly addresses notions of impurity and purification, with obvious emphasis on oppression by church and state. Literal ‘isolation’ that objectified and punished women experiences – elucidating to everyday behaviours in which communities employed control and containment to regulate female sexuality.
